Due to the increased number of illnesses in the district, Swink Schools will have an extended spring break. No School starting Tuesday, March 12. We look forward to seeing everyone back on Monday, March 25, 2024. No athletics practices until Thursday, March 14. Stay home if you are not feeling well and hope everyone enjoys the extended break and stays healthy

Swink Elementary students made and delivered Valentine's Day Cards to residents of the Rocky Ford and Ordway nursing homes.
NOMINATIONS DUE THURSDAY.
Swink School District is calling for nominations for Teacher of the Year. The school district will be recognizing a teacher within our district and the winning teacher will have the opportunity to move on to the state level for the Colorado Teacher of the Year competition.
Additionally, Swink School District will recognize classified staff members of the year. The classified staff will include our paraprofessionals, secretaries, maintenance/custodians, nurses, cooks, and bus drivers.
Nominations may be made by students, parents, staff members and/or community members. A nomination should consist of a two to three paragraph statement as to why the teacher should be selected as Teacher of the Year or Classified Staff selected as the Classified Staff of the Year.
