FALL HARVEST FOOD DRIVE
FBLA and FCCLA will be holding a canned food drive on Sunday, November 10, between 2pm and 4pm. Please set out any canned food items to help those families in need for Thanksgiving. Contact Ms. Werner @ kathy.werner@swink.k12.co.us for additional information.

Tomorrow night is the final game of the 2024 Swink Lions Football Season. Join the "White Out" and cheer on our Lions vs Holly tomorrow night at 7 pm!!!
It is also parent/senior night at 6:40 pm before the game. A great night to honor our seniors and enjoy some Friday Night Lights!!!

Swink Elementary Teachers are the Grammar Police for Halloween.
Swink Cross Country runners competed at Regionals on Friday. Rio took second place helping her team take 1st overall, and Kathir took 8th helping his team take 2nd place overall. They are both State-bound Saturday at Cheyenne Mountain!
Lady Lions finish the regular season 19-4 with a win in four sets over rival Fowler. JV won in two tonight. What a great season thus far as the Lady Lions keep winning their way into postseason to the state tournament. Stay tuned for regional assignments coming next Monday.

Artist of the Week--Richard Ortega is showing off the ceramic clock he made in Intermediate Art. Students were asked to create a clock that expressed their concept of time. Richard said "Time goes by fast. Like a race. " Congratulations Richard on creating a masterpiece.

Beautiful evening for Homecoming Tailgate with great food, great conversations with friends, fun games and some Lion football coming up.
Girls volleyball will be selling tickets for a basketball game drawing during the 1st half of the homecoming football game tonight. Basket drawing is Friday night at halftime. 2 baskets to draw for that include: Swink door hangers, cups,a Swink family pass for 4 to all Swink sports home games, $20 in concessions bucks, gift cards, meat packages from the Johnston's farm, and more! Tickets are 4/$5 or 10/$10. You don't need to be present at the homecoming football game to win! All proceeds go to Swink Volleyball!
Unfortunately, the wind is not cooperating this evening and the burning of the "S" and cooking s'mores has been cancelled for tonight. Come support the football team and watch the Homecoming crowning tomorrow night at 7pm.
Mrs. Grasmick's 4th and 5th grade math classes used multiplication to Escape the Cauldron today for a fun and engaging method of learning.
Powderpuff Football was a fun night!!! Our Juniors/Freshmen with the win 14-7. Go Lions!!!
